good luck! :)How to improve dry lips beside the usual lip balm etc?
Use an exfoliator to scrape of the dead skin cells, then apply petroleum jelly for over night use. When you wake up use your finger or a damp cloth to rub off the jelly and dead skin cells. Use chapstick during the day. DON'T LICK YOUR LIPS. Be sure to drink lots of water, and take a multivitamin. You may also want to supplement with vitamin E. This has to be a daily regimen or your lips will remain dry and crusty. Once they become smooth, you can probably just exfoliate and use chapstick. How to improve dry lips beside the usual lip balm etc?
Curious as to how long this dry lips has been a complaint or happening. A severe or long period of dry lips could be a symptom of something. Might think of asking a Doctor I'd think any normal case of dry lips tends to go away in just a few days or so. My self though I use Carmex certainly not the usual lip balm. Has eucalyptus natural pain Relief and really speeds up healing the lips.

- don't lick them
- use sunscreen lip balm (NOT regular) when you go out in the sun
- vaseline or papaw ointment at night (thick) rather than regular glossy/thin lip balm
u should exfoliate your lips to make them smooth so you can renew them.
just moist your lips with warm water and scrub them sugar for about a minute.
then apply chapstick or vaseline.
Use lip balm with sunscree, remember even in the winter months, it helps your lips.
*Tip: Lip Balm helps with the softness of your lips, so use it often!
my sister uses cream for skin irritation on her lips.
Also you could drink more water and ensure that you put sunscreen on when you are in the sun!
lucas papaw ointment! BRILLIANT! u can use it for cracked or dry anything, or any thing that is out of the ordinary
First and foremost - stop licking them. I use a little vaseline in a tube to keep them moist and prevent drying.
use noxzema on your lips %26amp; then wash it off to get the dead skin off your lips
apply vaseline to it twice daily
