Whats the best lip balm you can buy ?

I want the best for my lips whether it be balm or a lip cream and what to look for when buying one ? I usually use the cheap 99p ones from Asda BUT I dont think its doing much good .Whats the best lip balm you can buy ?

Either burts bees lip balm, or Soft lips. They are both amazing, and smell good and make your lips very moisturized.


They're both sold at target (soft lips is either 2 or 3 dollars for two, and burts bees is 3 or 4 dollars for two)

Burts Bees... And Arbonne works really good too. they r all natural and work well with ppl and dont make ppls lips worse.
I'd have to say burt's bees, or bigelow. Don't buy cheap stuff like Lip Smackers!
