How do you make edible lip balm out of the powder from baby bottle pop?

I want to make a lip balm from baby bottle pop powder and all i saw was a kool aid lip balm recipe. any ideas?How do you make edible lip balm out of the powder from baby bottle pop?

What about mixing it with melted bees wax?





We used to use estential oils with bees wax so it might work with the powder. It can't hurt to try it.
my friend made it with kool aid. umm she used yegtable oil and lots of it.
i dont know. it sounds cool, though.
