Stilla has a pallet like this.But I saw it 3 years ago...
wet n wild has some of those that come in a little pallette and the texture is like creamy..you apply it with your fingers and another i know is neutrogena shimmer sheers..it come in a little tube type thing that you squeeze out and is applied with either fingers or a sponge (on the cheeks) i hope that helps.
