I'm not familar with anything perminent, but if you are looking for something long lasting try lining your lips with a lipliner and filling in before applying gloss and you will find it last a lot longer...i'm not sure of your exact skin tone, but you could try Chocolate Chip lipliner by Clinique.

Is there a lip balm that can make your lips lighter?
I have very dark lips and i was wondering if there a lip balm that would make my lips lighter, not just lighter when i have the lip balm on but also light when i don't have it on or is there anything else i can use to get my lips lighterIs there a lip balm that can make your lips lighter?
