I am currently taking medication for this infection, but the dryness of it is really irritating me, especially on my lips. Also, due to the cold weather we've been having lately, it's not helping my dry skin/lips. So in general, just like the heading, is it alright to moisturize my lips and skin?I have ringworms on my skin and lips. Is it alright if I moisturize the areas w/ regular lotion and lip balm?

Ring worm is a fungus you ll need antifunagal lotion like for athletes foot or the doctor can prescribe cream You are contagious till its gone.
Lotions exacerbate it .. drink lots of veggie juice like V8
