I don't live in Hertfodshire but i have a fanta orange lip balm, you get them in Claires, you can get loads of different flavours.

Not sure exactly what you are talking about, but Ben %26amp; Jerry's do miniature versions of their ice cream tubs as lip balm! You can get them from any B%26amp;J outlet.
