try MAC tendertones, they moisturize and add a hint of color. i swear by them.

I like MAC's lipglass. Viva Glam V + VI, also Lust and Spite work well with darker skin tones for a natural look.

For a less expensive option, go to Target, Walmart or any local drugstore and look at the Wet%26amp;Wild Brand. Usually $1-$2 US.

The most easily accessable choice is covergirl lipslicks. I am not a fan of covergirl but these have been a fav for years. They come in several shades and look like lipstick but give you just a kiss (no pun intended) of color and i love the feel not sticky and not too dry.

loreal HIP just came out with a jelly gloss thats in one of those little pots you rub on your lips with your finger...they moisturize like a lip balm and give some color. they have naturally peach and purpleish colors all the way to bright reds...i wanna try them!!

Burts Bees has some stuff that has a few different shades and isnt shiny, plus it makes your lips feel great. You should be able to get it at any drug store, I know they carry it at Walgreens.
Blistex makes a lip balm with toner in it with a very matte finish. You can get it at any drugstore.
